the former has not yet been earned; the latter has already been awarded. DEGREE and DEGAWD
use the same formatting and USC Codebook references.

students awarded a Master of Industrial Statistics degree, type DEGAWD='7D'
in the WHERE statement. To select students awarded either a Master of Industrial
