If you are looking for historical USC summary data that you cannot find on our website, please complete the Data Request Form.

If you are a prospective student interested in enrolling at the University, please contact USC-Columbia Undergraduate Admissions, the Graduate School, or one of our system campuses.

If you are a USC staff member looking for lists of students in department majors or advisees for the current semester, please contact the Registrar.

If you are a parent, USC staff member, or external data requestor looking for student PII (personally identifying information), please review the FERPA guidelines before submitting your data request.  You may be referred to an administrator who will review your request and may deny it, refer it elsewhere, or ask for modifications.

Please note: At times a request may take up to two weeks to process depending on its complexity and other office priorities and deadlines.   We may need to contact you for clarification about your request. In addition, there may be unique circumstances that prevent us from completing your request.  If that is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
