Spring 2015 Enrollment Data

Please note:
The Banner implementation of Fall 2013 directly impacted the reporting function of OIRAA. The data in the enrollment report below compares Spring 2015 enrollment to Spring 2014 enrollment. In Fall 2013, OIRAA utilized the same methodology that was used in the pre-Banner environment to produce the Fall 2013 headcount/FTE enrollment numbers. After learning more about the differences in the way data was stored in the pre-Banner environment versus the current Banner system, OIRAA in collaboration with several other functional areas has developed a new methodology/procedure for producing the headcount/FTE enrollment numbers. The team is working on documenting the new methodology/procedure. [Procedure for Headcount-FTE Reporting (DRAFT)]

Due to the changes in methodology from Spring 2014 to Spring 2015, please exercise caution when using the Headcount/FTE Enrollment report to make decisions. The change in methodology has resulted in a Headcount/FTE Enrollment Report that is not a one-to-one comparison of the Spring 2014 and Spring 2015 semesters.
